Doyin Adewola is a senior executive with verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives within start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. He is self-driven, passionate and naturally drawn towards entrepreneurship and people development. He acknowledges entrepreneurship in Africa is a challenging journey - However, he has remained steadfast in creating value as he holds unwavering faith that Africa’s market promises rich rewards for dynamic and undaunted innovators who are responsive to its needs. As a personal mission, he seeks opportunities to impart and raise a generation of adequately equipped emerging entrepreneurs. Doyin Adewola conceived a business idea of creating a business hub and a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs, of which he was one, and needed support at that time. He realized many more like him needed support and he was apt to develop a business idea out of it. In December 2012 he founded Box office Hub, one of the pioneer coworking spaces Nigeria. As a business, Box Office Hub supports about 100 businesses directly and hundreds more indirectly, collectively contributing over 5 million USD to the local economy annually and creating thousands of jobs. Box Office Hub has worked with notable organizations such as The British Council, Paradigm Initiative Nigeria, Budgit, Uber, Naij.com, Vic Lawrence and Associates, USAID, Winrock International, HRelieff and many other innovative organizations to provide much needed support and enhance the growth of their brainchild. He is the Director for Startup Grind in Abuja, a mentor to youths in his community and a volunteer on various entrepreneurship platforms such as Holyhill Capital, Junior Achievement and Tony Elumelu Foundation. Doyin Adewola loves long distance driving and plays the saxophone as a hobby. He is married to Victoria Adewola and they are blessed with two lovely daughters, Dara and Dunni.
